We are excited to introduce to you emerging artist Malunga with her debut EP ‘Exhibit A’ available on pre-Release now and full release on 18th May 2015.
Malunga has been writing from the age of 14 and aims to use her music to uplift people, spreading light and hope. She is absolutely convinced that music is her tool, her language through which to connect with the world.
aStepFWD got in touch to ask her about the first single and she had this to say, ‘Learning To Love’ is about finding the courage to love and put yourself first. I find that it is easy to speak positively and greatly of others, however people find it challenging to speak about themselves in the same manor. I am also saying that ‘this is how I was made’ this is how God made me and that I have found myself through him.
With her sound incorporating a soulful, Congolese and Zambian zest, with quirky electronic sounds it is clear Malunga aims to offer something creatively different.
