Manchester based band BrightLine with their latest release ‘Turn Your Voice Up’. BrightLine consists of 4 different individuals that come from 4 different places around the world and who all love God and love people. Jacob (guitar, vocals) hails all the way from Mexico. Daniel (beat-box, keys) comes from sunny Portugal, Joe aka El Pequenino (drums and percussion) comes from the exotic city of Preston and last but not least Katrine (vocals) originates from the land of the vikings, Norway.
The band started on September 2013, after all four members completed a training year in youth work and evangelism, known as ‘Message Academy’, provided by the award winning charity ‘The Message Trust’
The word BrightLine means to bring clarity to unclear situations by setting the basic standard. For the band, the basic standard is love. To love God and to love people. The foundation for the band is a Bible verse in Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
