Theon is a British Artist and Songwriter, Composer, Record Producer and Film Director who recently released the official music video for his captivating track titled ‘I Am’ taken from his The Reason Why EP.
Theon grew up in the church. His teenage years, spent in the UK city of Nottingham, were dedicated to his craft. As a young adult, he ventured to London to pursue a career in film. It was during this time he experienced a complete life transformation with his Creator.
In 2015 he launched into new territory and started his own record label VineKing Studios and later in 2016 he released his debut EP, The Reason Why. The EP received much encouragement from top UK Christian station, Premier Gospel Radio, quickly allowing Theon to become better known for his urban contemporary genre and his message.
With his unique tone and exceptional musical ability, he translates his life’s journey through his music which touches the lives of many people, taking his music ministry from the UK to the Caribbean and beyond.
Privileged to have recorded this video in the Republic of Guyana, the songs lyrics speak of God’s promises never to forsake His children and His unconditional love for us. Sung in the first person, Theon emphasises the proximity of God and that He knows every detail and has great intentions for us.
Theon is always evolving his creativity but at the heart of his artistic excellence is the need to tell his story to bring Christ to the heart of mankind. Follow his journey as it unfolds.
