The month of October usually brings us a period to remember Black History especially in the United Kingdom. This year, Apple Music has recruited some of our favourite UK Gospel acts to record exclusive Home Sessions in celebration of that rich and diverse history. All the artists were tasked with one particular challenge to reimagine their own signature tracks — plus record a cover an iconic song by some of their favourite Black British Artists.
The sessions were filled with uplifting moments. They are certain to brighten the mood in a country living through uncharted territory and unprecedented change. Multiple-award-winning rapper Guvna B recorded ‘Fall on Me’ featuring Wretch 32 and ‘Point and Kill’, a cover of the Little Simz 2021 single.
‘Fall on Me’ is a song he recorded with one of his favourite rappers Wretch 32. Guvna B says “We live in a really challenging world but I’ve personally found that even on the worst of days, there’s always blessings.”
