Showcasing her signature style, Naviyah blends Rap, Hip-Hop and Pop in a unique way, staying true to her south London roots in her new EP “Change” which was released in July of this year. She has worked as a Sky TV and Radio presenter in the past, but is now pursuing her music career.
Following in her family’s footsteps into the music industry, the rapper and singer/songwriter is certainly coming into her own sound with a vengeance. Her father was a top record producer and engineer based in the UK, who worked with the likes of Liberty X, Blue, Mis-Teeq, S Club 7, So Solid Crew, Alexandra Burke, Big Bruvaz, Damage, Des’ree and many more.
Expertly mixing hip-hop with a pop sensibility, together with her positive lyrics, and the ability to connect with an audience effortlessly, Naviyah excited fans and music press alike with the release of her EP.
With previous songs played on a few US Radio stations, the enthusiasm surrounding the project continues to rise since release. She has also been interviewed live on radio in the UK, Canada and Chicago. Her songs have also been aired on UK’s Premier Gospel Radio, Reprezent Radio (107.3 FM), BBC Radio, Mystic Radio 98.1 FM, Choice FM (Capital XTRA) and BBC 6 Music.
This high energy artist is no stranger to the stage, playing shows at several venues such as The O2 Academy Islington, Fu Manchu Bar, Libertine by China Whites, The Lighthouse Bar & Club, Bar 512, Wolverhampton Civic Hall, The Vibe Gallery, The Bridge Academy, Queen Mary’s University, South West Fest, Copeland Community School, Notting Hill Carnival, Pimlico Academy, Quintin Kynaston School and more.

Naviya will be performing at the upcoming instalment of Zoe Nites on the 18th November which will be headlined by well known God Over Money rapper from the USA – Bizzle, and see appearances from a number of top UK names including JayEss, Marc Jones, Still Shadey and Feed’Em.
