Fantastic lineup of artists to bless you at the first ever Step FWD Awards!

Are you ready yet? The biggest event of the year, for the Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) and Gospel Music scenes in the UK, is nearly upon us. Bridging the gap between various musical styles and genres, the Step FWD Awards will be recognising the best talent from across the board, featuring categories such as Reggae, Contemporary Gospel and Pop to name but a few. Yet, not simply will it be a night of honouring and awarding the winners of each category, we’ll also be graced with performances throughout the evening from the likes of some of the biggest names on the scene.

And today, we are delighted to finally reveal who will be featuring in a performance on the night itself. This incredible lineup of artists includes Lucy Grimble, Noel Robinson, Sarah Teibo, Graham Kendrick, Lurine Cato, Phillipa Hanna, Reblah, Mark Asari, Still Shadey, Volney Morgan & New Ye. The inaugural Step FWD Awards is an evening you do not want to miss!

The evening promises to be a special night of celebration, honour and music. As recently announced, some of the finalists across the various categories range from the likes of New Wine Worship, The Spirituals Choir, Jonathan Ogden, Junior Garr, The Kingdom Choir and Ellie Limebear. With its main focus of honouring, inspired by Romans 12: 10, these awards will draw together celebrations of both current artists and songs, like some of those mentioned above, alongside honouring many of those who have paved the way for those now seen to be pioneering within the CCM and Gospel Music scenes.

To read more about some of the Song of the Year finalists, make sure to catch up on our recent news article here, and don’t forget, you can always see the full lineup of nominees and categories over at the Step FWD Awards website.
