THE SITDOWN is a live Q+A event, where music artists, personalities, entrepreneurs sit down with me to share their individual stories of success and the struggles to get there. The idea was birthed after numerous conversations with fellow artists who were dealing with the hardships of life behind the scenes, while at the same time having to maintain a social media construct and representation so far removed from their reality.

The Sitdown aims to bring down that wall and give artists, personalities and entrepreneurs a voice. A voice that can accurately depict what it’s like behind the scenes in a candid and open space.

The first guest on the show will be the Grime Ambassador A STAR, an artist who has unashamedly spoken his truth and laid bare himself on tracks throughout his career. The night will also feature a a section with him and his fiancee as they talk about the upcoming wedding and what the future holds for them both. There will also be a Q+A section for guests to ask questions as well as shining light on new talent in the scene with a performance from hard-hitting rapper JO JOEY.
