Step FWD published the audio for this track back in April so we are indeed happy to update this article with the music video for Deitrick Haddon’s Have Your Way, a spectacular song filled with heartfelt sincerity, passion and did I mention the amazing production.
This is the level the mature Christian knows so much about having come through many trials and realizing that but for God’s mercy and grace the battle would have been hopeless. It is nontheless the cry of every true believer, ‘Lord just have your way in me’. More of Jesus and less of me; ‘He must increase, but I must decrease’ (John 3: 30) so that He can truly have His way in my life. Are you able to trust your creator with everything you are, even your very life?
This is very powerful and humbling song from a man who is already a Grammy nominated Gospel singer, songwriter, producer, pastor, and actor. What can we say then… ‘It’s time for us to be what God wants us to be, so Lord have your way in me’.
