Crossfya launch into the spring season with new lineup, music video & tour dates

Urban Contemporary trio Crossfya are announcing their brand new band lineup with the upcoming music video release ‘Do it for a Like’, on Friday 22nd March. Award-winning rapper Nat James joins Crossfya on the new record to break down the challenges of social media, accompanied by a highly charged music video from director Jay Parpworth (Dappy, Not3s, Sean Kingston). This release comes days before starting their schools tour starting with visits to Essex, UK and Dolný Kubín, Slovakia. The band now consists of London-based singer Soul Nana, new arrival Nat James, and Manchester’s own DJ Lantern. After the highs of their last album ‘You Are My’ with rapper Mels, Crossfya are set to launch into a new season with freshly-penned material that sparks important conversations among their audience. Having toured over 20 different countries around Europe, Asia & Africa, Crossfya continue to use their music as a tool to inspire young people with a message of hope and positivity. ‘Do it for a Like’ (above) connects with Crossfya’s ethos by identifying the influences and drawbacks of social media use through catchy hooks and hard-hitting rap verses. They aim to get behind the glamour of ‘best-life’ living on social media and how the pressure of these platforms can drive unhealthy thinking. The track serves as a talking point for such topics as gaining attention online, comparing yourself to others, and of course addressing our craving for ‘likes’ and recognition. Confirmed Tour Dates:  Essex, UK 25nd – 29th March Dolný Kubín, Slovakia 8th – 13th April Band Website // Instagram // Facebook // Youtube For further information, bookings or interviews please contact Nat at nat@crossfya.com
