Mama Tee has returned with another refreshing sound titled ‘The Glory – Part 2’ featuring MOBO Award-winning London artist Triple O and Nigerian-based music director and producer Awipi Emmanuel, along with singers Rume and Jojo Vocals. This new single follows up the successful release of her debut album “Nothing is Impossible”, which garnered accolades from around the world, including a review by Gospel music historian Bob Marovich, describing it as “Gorgeous and uplifting”.
Born Tolu Adeosun in Nigeria, Mama Tee is a Canadian-based songwriter. In addition to being a songwriter, she is the CEO of entertainment label Obedience is Better Than Sacrifice Ent. Inc., a wife, mother, social worker/therapist. Tolu began writing songs in 2007, shortly after she was born again and has written many Christian and inspirational pieces. The sound on her debut album cuts across several genres and styles, including Rock, Hip Hop,/RnB, Afrogospel and Contemporary.
Hailing from London, Triple O is considered by many as one of the early forerunners of Christian Hip Hop in the UK; thus helping to shape and define a culture. With his unique style – which infuses high energy Rap/Grime and Drill with the more traditional sounds of Gospel and worship music – Triple adds a special touch to ‘The Glory – Part 2’.
‘The Glory’ which originally is from Mama Tee’s debut album “Nothing is Impossible”, was penned out of Mama Tee’s personal challenge. The new single ‘The Glory – Part 2’ is now available on all digital stores.
