UK-based gospel singer, songwriter worship leader Blessing Airhihen makes her debut with a 9-track album “He Is Changing Me”. Notable for songs include ‘Fresh Fire’, ‘Rejoice’ and ‘You Will Smile Again’. “He is Changing Me” is a body of work that captures the workings of the Father through us to become an expression of His love to the world and fulfilling divine mandate.
Blessing Airhihen is an ardent Jesus lover passionate about prayers, using music as a tool to encourage, build, uplift Christians across the world. In addition to singing and songwriting, Blessing coordinates the Voice of Encouragement (VOE) a platform that provides 5 minutes podcasts, songs of worship and encouragement.Blessing also supports and mentors single ladies trusting God for their spouses. She is the host of whileuwait.org – a blog site for waiting singles. Blessing has a desire to impact the lives of the people she encounters daily using social media. Her desire is to turn men’s focus to Jesus as we wait for His return. She gave her life to Jesus at an early age and started her music journey from the children’s choir. She consistently served as an alto singer and worship leader in various choir groups. Blessing has released over six singles of worship and hope. She is a Scientist and Lecturer by profession. She is married and blessed with three children.
Her musical influencers are Yolanda Adams, Shirley Caesar, Cece Winans and and a few other great minstrels in songs. Her music journey dates back to her early days as child and the passion to use her voice to bless lives as continued to be one of her greatest yearnings. After many years of going through all the music rudiments she finally got the nudge to release some songs during the covid pandemic. Every song released has come with a greater passion to strengthen people by the Word. Today, this passion is fully expressed in a body of work tagged “He is Changing Me”.
