The Northern-Irish artist Adam Baker, named as ‘one of the best songwriters in the UK’ by the Christian music website Louder Than The Music, has teamed up with the Rechord Music to release this new video for the worship track ‘The Pursuit‘. Adam describes the song as an insight to his own personal experience of God’s relentless love. Co-written by Andy Ashworth and inspired by author Brennan Manning, ‘The Pursuit’ is truly a lyrical display, accompanied by a simple melody, describing the outpouring of God’s love and deep longing for His creation. It paints vivid images in the minds of its listeners like in the line, ‘Your love like fire, burning wild’, for instance. Adam’s experience of performing spans from large crowds and major events such as the London 2012 Olympic Park’s Emerging Icons Stage and Somerset’s New Wine Festival to small pubs, clubs, churches and other music venues.
