Ng Dagreat is a British singer-songwriter, author, and blogger who is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. She has worked on a range of projects which you can be viewed on her website. Ng is also married with three kids and loves to keep busy with ministry work as well. She recently released ‘Snowy Party Day’. With our love for connecting with music ministers, we sent her a few quick questions. Catch her responses below:
Tell us a little bit about your new single and what was the inspiration behind it?
Snowy Party Day is a single that celebrates the birth of Jesus and wishing everyone a Happy New Year! It’s a part of an album titled Christmas Medley. It has a party setting.
Music is obviously something you do but if it didn’t exist, what would you be doing?
If music didn’t exist, I am an actress, author, blogger and a procurement/supply manager (MSc). Most importantly I love to preach God’s word.
What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
Remember who you are in Christ – My mum has been saying that to me for years, as a young girl both in college, right up until university and even now.
Who is your favourite Bible personality and why?
Joseph and how he became a great man in a strange land. He conquered all storms of life including lies, to get to his destination. In the end, God turned up for him.
What has been one of the proudest moments in your journey so far?
My proudest moment is getting to sing, perform and minister/preach in front of an audience.
As 2022 approaches, are there any future plans we should be looking forward to?
Looking forward to greater glory from God. Nothing happens without his knowledge. Leaning solely on my KING and good team for every help.
