Hillsong Worship set for Christmas with new album “The Peace Project”

Hillsong Worship, the Australian band which has had a phenomenal global impact with their incredible Christ-centred music, will be releasing a Christmas album on October 20th. “The Peace Project”, containing 12 tracks including seven original songs and brand new arrangements of five Christmas classics, focuses on bringing the incomparable peace of Jesus Christ to even the darkest places across the face of the Earth.

The worship group, which has been producing music sung by millions across the world for almost three decades, has released more than 20 albums to date and has introduced churches worldwide to a number of beautiful tracks including “Short To The Lord”, “Cornerstone”, “Broken Vessels”, “Mighty To Save” and most recently, “What A Beautiful Name” from the band’s latest EP.

Some of the well-known tracks included in the group’s most recent musical offering include “O Holy Night”, “Joy To The World” and “Oh Come All Ye Faithful”. It marks a much needed reminder that, even in the midst of all the chaos and tragedy in the world, the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ rises above it all.
